We have a real passion for Traffic Management, it is something that we take very seriously with most of our 90 temporary staff having gained some sort of TM qualification as well as their Security qualifications. As lots of our staff have a military background we use this to good effect whilst supplying many clients for many different tasks. We have gained lots of experience since we started our transition from Security in early 2022 working on many major 12AB & D schemes for London's infrastructure. We have supplied men for many different companies to carry out various works in many different scenarios for nearly two years now.

Our core of operations and experience comes mostly from reactive 12D works and we are extremely competent with every aspect of difficult installations. We train all our staff from scratch and very rarely take on anyone from the current pool of Traffic Management staff, unless they are ex Army, Navy or Air Force. We have a reason for this and when you use our team you will understand why. Our staff are a blank canvass when we start and so they can be taught in a militarised fashion to be punctual, dress appropriately, stay off phones, stay alert and be active on site.

For our training we have written our own program of instruction, we will soon have our own qualified instructors and assessors who currently concentrate lots of time on our staff prior to them going through the Lantra Qualification process. Our head of training, an ex highly qualified Infantry Instructor believes that training is extremely important for continued quality and improvement of our bespoke staff.

Our designer can work with planning officers from conception of your works to ensure full delivery as per your clients expectations, while keeping traffic & pedestrian impact to an absolute minimum at all times. We understand our commitments via the Sector Schemes and we are in the process of attaining ISO9001 which will help us improve our already very competent family.
