High Speed & Low Speed Traffic management

Our core of operational experience came from reactive 12D works in Northamptonshire and we are extremely competent with every aspect of difficult installations. We gained much from our time working with TKJV in London whilst the installation of ULEZ was happening and then went on to complete many High Speed works on the A40, A3, A12, A14, A1, M11, M25, M69, M6, A45, A43 and our home patch which is the M1. Our head of Training, Compliance and Competency is focused on our staff and their continued development from the moment they are hired. We train all our staff from scratch and very rarely take on anyone from the current pool of Traffic Management staff, unless they are ex Army, Navy or Air Force. We are going to hopefully bring both teams up to the same level in the first six months of 2025 along with additional innovation that we continually address. We understand the need to change techniques of training based on individual ability and the constructive advice required for better results, this can be a fine line and lots of work goes into getting this right so every member of staff gets a fair chance.
